My diverse background in construction and development, my proven track-record as a mortgage consultant and my long-standing commitment as a licensed real estate agent makes me your go-to expert for all your real estate needs.

My Extensive Experience and Expertise

I embarked on my journey in the real estate industry 20 years ago, starting by working for a large builder developer in the Kansas City area where I was required to learn the process of building a home. I was later given the opportunity to work for a direct lender banker in the Kansas City area as a Mortgage Loan Officer where I had the opportunity to learn from the owner of the company who was a FHA underwriter. This was an amazing opportunity, and I acquired a tremendous amount of knowledge and skills about the mortgage loan process allowing me to better serve my clients. During my tenure there I was bringing buyers and sellers for land together and an agent I knew said, “…you know you can do this for a living”. I looked more into it and after reflection realized I loved this side of real estate. So, in 2007 I became licensed in Kansas and Missouri and have not looked back since. After spending a lot of time in Colorado and falling in love with it and Colorado Springs, I decided to move here and acquire my Colorado license in 2021. This extensive experience allows me to offer you a unique advantage in today’s ever-changing real estate market.
